Cool, this will ease the build process for Apache Sling a bit. Currently we are pulling the ZIP files via Ant and verify the MD5 sum, but being able to use Maven is much easier. Thank you very much.

Hey Carlos, The machine is definitely capable, but I'll have to check with the dojo infrastructure guys if it is permissible to setup an rsync account. cheers

Nice, I was looking into this too and didn't know you were a dojo committer ;) i uploaded the last zip releases to central. is there rsync over ssh available at the server to sync the releases to maven central?

I personally think there are more problems with the JSR-315 spec. The auto-discovery mode can be switched off if you don't use it, so thats solved. But my worriesare mainly about the annotations that have been suggested:http://www...

The Google Widget Toolkit allows Ajax applications to be developed in java code using the traditional UI widget paradigm. The toolkit includes support for RPC, but not for comet style Ajax push. I've been working with Ryan Dewsbury of www.aplayr.com to convert their GWT powered games of risk and pocker to use Jetty continuations. First... play a lot of poker!
